CHIPTRAYS

SVN Engineering have been designing and manufacturing various styles of chiptrays for over 20 years. Variances occur within the chiptrays, depending on the number of tube inlays, type of locking, addition of boxes or touch screens. Special trays have been previously manufactured, specific to the game it is used for. The product code for the tray (i.e. 12 Tube, 15 Tube) refers to the external dimensions of the unit. The actual amount of tubes in each unit varies, depending on the style of unit. SVN Engineering can provide these tray and lid in any finish required, and completely assembled.

SPECIAL LOCK FLOAT TRAY

The special locking float trays uses a crown casino style locking mechanism. The overall tray size is the same as the standard, however the special locking tray uses a different lid. This lid has been modified to provide the clearance for this locking mechanism.

HIDEAWAY TRAYS W/ SLAM LOCK

The hideaway tray with slam lock mechanism is a standard hideaway unit with a special lock lid. The lid has a provision for a slam lock style mechanism to be fitted.

The combination hideaway float tray is a tray with the combination of a three tier system, with a partition.

POKER CHIP TRAYS

The poker chip tray has a standard base as shown above. There are two styles of lids that can be manufactured. These are the normal and special locking lids.

FLOAT TRAY WITH 7” TOUCH SCREEN PROVISION

A request was made to provide a display provision for a 7 inch touch screen in an existing float tray. SVN Engineering designed and developed a solution to this challenge by developing a prototype float tray.

CARRIBEAN STUD POKER

SVN Engineering designed and developed a specialised tray, specifically for the Caribbean stud poker game. The tray is essentially a 15 Tube hideaway system with a keypad template on the right hand side. The tray has a standard 15 Tube middle tier. The tray has clearance for both normal and special locking lids.

SUPERNOVA

The SUPERNOVA tray was another innovative design by SVN Engineering that focused on providing a provision for a display touch screen. This is a 15 Tube standard float tray, with the cutout as shown below.
